The meeting at the City Council on November 8, 2011. was a big sucess.
They should destroy the current club house building and move in another
structure for our meetings and special events sometime around February
of 2012. It will probably be around Spring time before we can
use the facility. Thanks to all who attended the meeting on
the above date. It is important that we continue to have our
HOA monthly meetings.
Monday October 3, 2011, we will have a
H O A meeting starting at 7:00 PM in the park at Camino Villa.
The Club House at Camino Villa is closed for time being and may
never be re-opened. The Board will have a short meeting starting at
6:30 PM.
NIGHT OUT IN THE PARK
On August 02, 2011, will
be National Night Out. So come out to the park from 8:00 PM
to 9:00 PM.
We will have Watermelon, Cookies and Ice cold Lemonaide.
Lisa Ford will have the Fire Departmentcome by that night for
the kids again unless we have a fire near by.. It's all about
getting together with neighbors, discusing criime watch and getting
to know your neighbors. Lisa Ford will be out with a partner
to answer any questions you may have. Bring your lawn Chairs.
No Meeting for June but we will in stead have a picnic in the
park instead on June 4, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm.. Everyone who lives
in Camino Villa is invited to come. Bring a pot luck dish of
some kind. We will furnish hot dogs and and all the makings
such as buns, onions, etc, cold lemonade, plates, cups and napkins, and
what ever you bring as the pot luck The BA Fire department will
be present to spray down the kids like before and the police department
will come by if no emergency elsewhere in BA. We will have 2
good drawings to give away prizes. Rain date is scheduled for
June 18th.
FREE DUMP AND CLEAN-UP Scheduled for Saturday, May 14, 2011
from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

HOA Meeting
Scheduled for April 4, 2011 for 7:00 PM.
We will have some
updates to discuss and also plans for another pick-nic in the park
are planed.

Meeting will start for Membership at 7:00 PM. Special Guest
Speaker will be Lisa Ford with the Broken Arrow Police Department.
After the Meeting we will have cofee and goodies. Wishing everyone
a Safe and Happy Marry Christmas and Happy New Year.
